Boardwalk’s 16-inch Texas Gas line ruptures and burns near Jennings; PHMSA investigating

About 20 homes were evacuated and U.S. 90 closed when the line ruptured and caught fire on Sept 18; no injuries, but PHMSA is on the cause.
