1.5 MW BESS fire in Bautzen, Germany managed by cooling, not extinguishment

A four-container, 1.5 MW lithium BESS fire was managed by continuous cooling rather than extinguishment; 42 people were evacuated and the cause is unknown. Crews applied about 5,000 liters of water per minute.
